I’ve been coached by Your Coaching Matters for 3 years and they continue to help me grow. I’d tried some others like Buffini and others… but didn’t have as good of success as now. I was averaging 25-30 deals per year when I started and now am on track for 130 this year. They’ve helped guide me in growing my team and working WITH my strengths instead of telling me what to do. I really like the goal setting and tracking that progress monthly. It’s amazing how taking that time to look, see and tell the truth about my numbers causes growth in my business. I’d recommend them if you want to grow or change your business in any way. I’m looking forward to breaking $1M in gross commissions next year!

Group calls are motivating and very productive when you are part of a group of like-minded individuals. You know it works when you look forward to that call on a weekly basis. Finding a group that works best for you and plan to participate. I find it to be to very positive and encouraging in my business.

Thank you for the ‘tip’ yesterday in our Coaching Call in dealing with my client’s decision to move forward into an offer.
I really believe the ‘4-5%’ increase in house prices historically, with the expectation of that continuing, compared to the 0.55% increase in purchase price had an impact. They saw it wasn’t logical not to meet the seller 1/2 way if this was the house they wanted to buy and agreed. So glad I don’t have to show them more homes and be in the same situation again next time. They, and I, are very happy about that!
The funny thing is, that it’s not that I didn’t know this, but we have so many conversations floating around in our heads, discussing it with “Coach” is a great help. This probably holds true for the client as well. They KNEW this, but I needed to “Coach” THEM to get them to see it clearly. Thanks again,

Your Coaching Matters is top-notch coaching from real agents who’ve been successful in their own right! The many options offered in addition to the additional skills calls, mindset calls and special guest calls offer much more knowledge to clients than most other coaching companies! As an agent who has been coached by several of the well-known companies I find YCM the best bang for my buck! Just wanted to say “thank you” for the FSBO Crusher training. Until this program I never made FSBO’s a part of my real estate practice – your program has changed that. I can’t say that I’m experiencing a huge success to this point; however, I am getting appointments. Obviously, with appointments will come listings and, in turn, commission dollars. The fact that the program allows us as agents to contact FSBO’s in a non-threatening, helpful manner is great and a big part of the reason I’m incorporating this into my business.
